Welcome to the brand new Rebeleyeball.com. This web site is dedicated to my passion – writing. Over the past few years, I have been dabbling at being a writer. Last week, I decided it is time to go for it. It is my hope that this web site can offer support and assistance to anyone who knows deep down inside they have what it takes to be a writer.

What's on Offer

The idea of this site is to give writer's a place to hang out and learn. The launch of this site on June 21, 2007 is just the first step. As you can tell, the site is still under construction. I have some very big plans for the future and I hope you will join me in the growth. To give you a hint of my vision, I hope to turn Rebelyeball.com into an online fiction magazine that pays well for all the stories that are posted here, including my own.

What makes the Rebeleyeball unique?

In addition to having samples of my own work available for your enjoyment, I am offering several services to my fellow writer's. Already, I can hear the scoffing What can you, an unpublished author offer anyone? Funny you should ask. Are you ready? Other than the fact that I have deep love for crafting words into cohesive stories that others can read and enjoy, I am another set of eyes for your work. Not only that, but I have read a few books in my life.

Big deal, your opinion, you say? One thing I know for sure, I am going to be much more objective than your family and friends. Besides that, I will actually read your work. Take a moment to think about what happens when you ask some one to read the prose you have painstakingly hammered into what you believe is the most exciting short story you have ever concieved. Does anyone actually take the time to read it? Do they avoid the topic the next time you see them? If not, you should consider yourself very lucky. Maybe you wouldn't benefit from my services. Maybe you would. But if this sounds familiar to you, look no more. Rebeleyeball is here to read your work and give you my honest opinion.

Services

If you want or need more help, I also offer rewriting services. If you have a great idea, but no time or the words just aren't right, let me take a shot at rewriting it. Check out the Rewrites page to see my rates. The other commerical services I offer is editing. I have spent a career reviewing documents. One thing I know, if you want to get published have someone else do your editing. You can find out more on the Editing page
